#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, My son is 3 years 8 months old. Effected with covid-19 in May 2021. After recovering from covid, he lost appetite and complaining about muscle spasms in legs. Are these post-covid symptoms. How to overcome these problems? Please suggest.

Yes these are post covid effects.
It will be fine slowly.
Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
Give calcium rich food like milk paneer curd cheese etc for strong bones and muscles of the baby
