#asktheexpert..."Hello Doctor... I am the mother of a 3-month-old baby girl. But my breast milk supply is still low, and she doesn't seem to be satisfied. I also experience pain in my nipples. After breastfeeding, I give her formula milk. Can you please suggest something? Why am I having so much nipple pain, and why is my milk supply still low even after all this time.. I

A. Hai good morning !! As baby grows requires more milk eventually due to harmonal issues or diet issues milk production would not be upto the baby requirement so we feel like milk supply has reduced. Having lactating foods - Papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds, garlic im curries,garlic milk ,rusk,bread taost ,having more water,saunf water helps in good milk production. Due to latching more time soreness in nipple happens, Do nipple massage with warm coconut oil to relieve from nipple pain.
