Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment Try alternative therapy like homeopathic medicine Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
