A. Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after child birth.Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin rich food on a daily basis it is found in several foods such as carrots, bananas, spinach.
