Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Better not now. Do not lift heavy weights or bend down or sit down or have intercourse or do anything that will strain ur stitches before u complete six months. Though the external stitches could have healed, the internal stitches will take around six months to heal completely. Try to wear maternity belt as much as possible and when u travel. This will help to keep the stitches intact.
