Good morning sir.... I went through c section on Nov 30th 2020... can I have little amount of egg cake piece and noodles in this time. Pls suggest.Thank you.

A. Sure in little quantities won't harm.. But proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
