Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much as ot is very normal after delivery.. please have rich fiber nd proteins diet. Nd avoid junk oily nd pcked food. do Surya namaskar and yoga planks after doctor evaluation only.
