Suggest me how to reduce weight after delivery

A. Hello mom, Do exercise daily at least one hour a day. Take healthy foods add proteins in your daily diet. Take more fruits and vegetables it helps a lot to lose your weight. Drink plenty of water per day at least 3 to 4 litres. Keep your self healthy and Hydrated. Thank you have a nice day..
