Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
Avoid eating starchy food like rice and potatoes as they lead to weight gain.
Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc.
