I do not know what kind of milestone you’re looking for but oil massage is only going to help in strengthening the body of your child and bones of your child and also helps in better blood circulation so maybe in certain ways you can say to an extent in certain milestones it is definitely going to be helpful but it does not help in making the child reach milestone all day
