A. A 3 year old child should be fed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. You can include foods like oatmeal with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cakes, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi and 500-600 ml milk everyday.
