Q.

I want to put my 13 year old girl on dieting. She is fat and want to reduce 10 kgs. Please send a diet chart for her.

A. Hello good morning !! Consult Paeditrician go for thyroid tests and other Harmonal tests for the reason of weight gain. Simply avoid milk, Diary products,junk,oily,maida,sugar processed foods in day to day Life. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, Leafy vegetables, millets, Cereals,dry fruits and nuts have more water and fluids . You can give your kid protein rich foods - dal, meet,egg in regular diet. Walking, cycling, skipping helps in reducing weight.
