#asktheexpert currently my wife is 5 Months pregnant so is there any she needs to take care while sleeping?

Best is that if she sleeps on her side right and left both are good to be slept on mostly during pregnancy the doctor say that you should sleep on the side only she can sleep on the back also and but if she sleeps on the side it’s better and she should not just wake up suddenly with a jerk in the body she should just turn the body around and wake up very comfortably sit and then get out of the bed
