Hello ma’am I don’t think so because coconut oil is one of the oldest and the best oils that we know and it definitely does not reduces a child’s complexion. Initially for six months kids to change their complexion but that is just temporary and also I must tell you that complexion is completely genetic on and is on either side of the parent so completely depends the what complexion parents are happy
