A. hi from 8th months means after 8 months of delivery ? if yes then yes you can start doing low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging , walking etc but if you are asking to do exercises on 8th month of pregnancy then you should ask your gynecologist before doing this as he or she can suggest it after examining your health
