#AskTheExpert can I offer pinch of sugar in apple puree to my 6 m old baby? and is it good idea to start giving sugar ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. There is no need to add sugar in apple purée as apple is already sweet and additional salt or sugar should not be added to food and around seven months you can add moderate quantity of it
