A. yes you can give it kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

A. good morning if the child is having fever of old anything of that sort I would recommend you to definitely put the vaccination on hold for a couple of weeks and after the child has recovered you can go ahead
