A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used ihn a proper dose for 3-5 days as fper the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

A. Children can still get vaccines – even with a fever or mild illness. Because a mild illness does not affect how well the body responds to a vaccine, your child can still be vaccinated if he or she has: A low grade fever. A cold, runny nose, or cough.
