ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you can have electral water. However, if weakness persists then you should consult your doctor. Have plenty of fluids and water and stay hydrated. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom have in small quantity first and then gradually if you and the baby is fine and show no sign of reaction as such not to worry , but if you feeling weak take good meals and take necessary supplements given after delivery will be helpful
