#asktheexpert after knowing the news of pregnancy my hairfall has increased tremendously and i have tried n no of things but nothing is working can u help me with this pls.

Please don't wash your hair too frequently
Use ayurvedic herbs to wash it.
Dont use packaged and processed food, maida items, excess suagr and salt
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
take sunbath daily with head and ears covered
