#AskTheExpert After c section when can I start my exercise, walking and diet? I wish to continue my breastfeeding too.

A. Hi, You can start having healthy food and walking right away. You should start doing any kind of exercise once baby completes 1 year in case of c section. Please have Dashmularishta post pregnancy for inner strength first of all. Avoid junk food, oily food etc.

A. Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Maintain hygiene
