#asktheexpert After 2 c- section i have reduced my weight but not belly pouch. suggest any diet plan or excercise?

A. Ok Lost your weight already I would advise you to start doing planks three-way planks you should do front and side planks like there be like two sides right and left and your front where your tummy is facing the floor and start doing minimum 10 sets of Surya Namaskar and gradually move up to 21 and then ahead of that if you want you can shift to 108 also that will really help a lot in reducing down your stomach and if you can go ahead with intermittent fasting then nothing like it
