Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

Now you been six months old and if you want then you can start doing yoga regularly yoga is very fact of losing pregnancy weight should you have to do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning it will help in losing weight fast. You should also cut the calories and take to get results
