A. Helo mam Have small and frequent meals Start your meals with salad and glass of water with chia seeds in it Make sure u include protein in every meals that is breakfast lunch and dinner in form of eggs, chicken, paneer, curd, sprouts, soya, dal, oats Replace white rice with quinoa or brown rice Restrict sugar, maida, bakery products, sweets, fried food completely to loose excess weight Walk or do any exercise atleast for 45 min 6 days a week Water 2-3 litre per day Increase fruits and vegetable intake
