#askthedoctor should I start doing crunches my baby is 4 month old n I had c-section delivery

A. better not to start so soon first start with regular daily walking and mild body movements and then slowly move on for crunches and other exercise to reduce your tummy fat and weight

A. U We’ll have to wait for your stitches to heal that will take about 6 to 8 months after that only you can go ahead with any kind of exercising to live news on your weight because that’s the only thing to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
