That’s Very normal and common because when women or feeding the child that hunger and appetite increases so much so that the whole game through the day so will be asleep because of that you have mastered gain weight so it’s normal once you stop breastfeeding the child after that you go ahead with workout and I think as of now focus on eating food and healthy because you’re feeding the child
