A. Hello dear.. with change in season it happens..but yes if body is hydrated then it hardly affects the body..So if you feel dehydrated then take plenty of water and other liquids to stay hydrated..soups, lemonade, homemade juices, fresh fruits can be consumed to stay hydrated

A. Hi, include more fruits, buttermilk, fruit juice, milkshakes, coconut water and keep your baby well hydrated which is good for skin. You can give cucumber, and papaya. Avoid oily, butter, cheese, maida product. And also apply moisturiser twice in a day. And use a soft cotton clothes and which can cover full sleeves. So that the skill will not get dry. You can also apply coconut oil once in a week and gave bath using lukewarm water. Avoid too much of hot water as it makes the skin more dry.Write Your Answer Here
