#askexperts My tummy is still present. What need to be done to reduce it

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. have green tea twice a day. continue breastfeed to burn Extra calories

A. it will take little time.. you may start with exercise or yoga or brisk walking after 4-6months of c section delivery.. take care of diet.. restrict sugar sweet intake avoid oil spicy foods drink plenty of water.. prefer warm water.. have lots of green as salads sprouts..
