#askexperts l am 2 childrens mother having 73 kg weight and extra tummy .What should I do? I don't have time for workout

A. dear mom once you get up and fresh up your self just do 7 sets of suryanamskar which shall take 7 mins gradually increase the sets to 11 to 13 eat wisely

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and you have to manage some time to do some regular exercise and yoga. and yoga planks are the best way loose belly fat.. lso hve more rich fiber and proteins diet. take care
