A. Hi mom. To reduce belly fat and thigh, start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat and thigh fat. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. U can also do cycling. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
