Hello ma’am The best way to lose on the weight in a proportionate manner is to go for a proper workout along with a diet so you can go for any kind of workout that suits your brickwork Zumba yoga Pilates or whatever form you like the most and take a diet from a dietician so that you lose on your weight proportionately in a proper manner
