A. Start walking for atleast 30 mins in a day. After confirming with your doctor you can start with light exercises. Eat small meals but more frequently. Never skip your meals. Avoid junk, fatty, oily and processed foods. Avoid sugary drinks. Eat a well balanced diet. Eat more of proteins. Sleep well and do not take stress. Drink lots of water. You can even start doing Surya Namaskar if your doctor permits. You can start with cardio exercises.
