A. only way to lose belly fat is to do moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga etc you can take a diet rich in protein less in fats and carbohydrate adequate green leafy vegetables water also

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be careful while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods.
