Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food stay hydrated
Offer different varieties of food
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take small quantity of food at short intervals
Take adequate water seasonal vegetables fruits etc
Do abdominal stretching exercise
Wear tummy belt if possible
Avoid bakery products like bread and maida
