A. You should start regular exercise of about atleast 1hr, add seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, lean meat, low fat milk and milk products , avoid refined flour sugary products deep fried foods add plenty of fluids

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meal please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily please take balanced diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
