askexpert i had c section delivery can i do stretching and stretching related exercise

A. you can do exercise that do jot strain your tummy till six months and then any one later.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. I would recommend that all around six months after the delivery in case you had a c section surgery you should not be doing any kind of exercises at all after that you can go ahead and start exercising
