#askexpert i am breastfeeding my 6 month old baby. i have fungal infection since january 2020. due to pregnancy i couldn't use any medications. but now skin specialist prescribed me itraconazole 100mg twice a day for 20 days. he said those are safe in breastfeeding.. but i searched on internet..it says itraconazole should not be consumed by feeding mothers..m very confused now.
