A. Hello Include all green vegetables, fresh fruits, oats, dry fruits, ragi, paneer, curd, eggs, soya, sprouts , mushrooms, ginger, garlic in the diet as they all boost immunity Avoid or reduce the intake of fried food, namkeen, chips, chocolate, biscuits , maida made products in their diet Also make sure they do some physical exercise in their routine... it’s very important for their lung health

A. definitely the appetite reduces when there are no physical activities I would recommend that you should try to give some seasonal fruits and vegetables avoid given heavy food try to give light food like vegetables to daliya
