A. Hi At 10 months, baby can eat all soft solids foods which are non spicy. make sure to introduce all home cooked traditional recipes like upma, sheera , thalipeeth, puranpoli, dhokla, thepla, paratha, etc as baby grows in age, keep introducing new recipes. amount of food baby eats also will slowly increase.

A. Babyhug# While newborns need to eat about every two to four hours, when baby is 3 or 4 months old, you can usually start extending the times between feedings (though, again, it varies from baby to baby). after every 3 hour you can change and offer food to baby.
