With the changing weather, how are you changing the the food of your kids to keep their immunity going?

If the weather changes and temperature decrease. In such case you just have to avoid giving refrigerator food to your baby. Rather than this you can continue the diet chart you are giving. We just have to avoid giving curd and rise in evening timing but in day time in you can continue giving it.
