#ask expert, does drinking water after meal makes me fat?

A. no it won't. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods

A. Hello drinking water does not gain weight and is absolutely good and it will infact help in the digestion of food also and try to keep yourself active and ha e a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and this will help to reduce your weight also gradually not a problem
