Look right now if you try to reduce onto your fat you’re going to reduce and on your mail also since you’re feeding mother I would recommend you that you should eat well to feed well I don’t eat anything that you want to eat if you have a balanced nutritious diet it is going to be quite beneficial for you increase more of fluids and fibre into your diet and protein reduce your carbs and fats if you want
