Am using galactagogue powder twice a day.. feel my breast free in day time.. and little heavier in night time .. am having some bleeding and spotting.. Pls suggest me how to increase my breast milk

take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats sabudana dalia ragi drumstick..
more you nurse milk will increase..
