Q.
She is now 3month.She has Constipation.I use breast milk and "L -Free"powder milk also..But her bowel not clear.How can I do now??

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, take a little coconut oil and massage on baby stomach clockwise and anticlockwise for a couple of time repeat this every day. Also after feeding burp your baby well. After feeding give a gap of one hour and do tummy time repeat this procedure every day. Concentrate on your diet. Take fibre rich food and take adequate liquid.
