Q.

hello doc i am a breastfed mother. my baby is one month old. suddenly i feel my left breast is heavier and tighter than right. is this normal

A. Massage your breast towards nipple and apply warm compress and manually express the milk from breast and feed baby from alternate breast take care be safe

A. Maybe the one breast is making more milk and it has not been consumed which is why due to engorgement you are facing this kind of an issue so currently would recommend you to do hot compress which is what is going to be healthy and beneficial for you in the current situation
