am having gestational diabetes,adi level is 6only and sugars are reach 200 post lunch PLZZ provide mme some valuable information

A. Hi reduce chapati in your meals. avoid rice add more Vegetables, salads sprouts buttermilk, egg whites take oats for breakfast. avoid sugar, sweets. rice. potatoes, banana, chickoo completely. drink lot of water
