I have gestational diabetes so can i eat watermelon. will it increase my sugar level

A. Hello mam U can take watermelon in small quantity and take it along with some nuts like almonds and walnuts or peanuts if u do not have hypothyroidism… Do not take fruits more than 100-120g fruits in a day

A. it increases levels up but not more u can take less quantities at everything time

A. good afternoon I don't think there is any problem in consumption of watermelon but I would recommend that you should try to get in touch with your gynecologist and confirm what all you can have
