am at the same weight even after 3 months after c section.. kindly advice

A. To reduce post pregnancy weight, include fiber and protein rich foods with plenty of fluids. Avoid sweets, fried and packaged foods. Now you can start some skin toning light exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
