Also start portion control simultaneously.
Slowly increase the work out time to an hour
ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. eat in small amount. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
