After normal delivery, from yesterday the stitches are becoming painful. I am feeling uncomfortable to sit for a long period of time to feed my son or do oil massage.

A. hi little bit pain is ok but if it is unbearable then please consult your gynecologist. take support while sitting. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated wear loose fitting Cotton clothes maintain good hygiene
